Academy of Cheese is a non-profit organization with delegates studying in 68 countries, established to promote knowledge, education and careers in cheese.

The Academy was set up to support cheese makers, with the aim of ensuring a thriving industry in which to operate, with an engaged consumer audience.

Paolo Musu, the Otto Passi passi cheesemaker technician, has completed his studies to be officially admitted to the Academy of Cheese and we are proud that he has decided to continue training with international experts in cheese and other dairy products.

The certificate

It is another step in the path that we have chosen to follow together with all those who believe in the cultural diversities that make up the biodiversity of the World Heritage Site.
