Our products

Ours are natural cheeses, they do not derive from pasteurized milk and do not contain commercial starter strain. This is why they keep intact the indigenous nutritional and aromatic properties of the raw material.

Otto Passi cheeses fall into the category “fromage fermier” (farm cheese), used in France to classify PDO cheeses produced in an artisanal way by small farm dairies and using only milk from their own farm.
